How to Order Your Speakers
Due to the custom nature of our products we've chosen not to create an online ordering system. Instead we would prefer to discuss your needs in a telephone conversation to determine the best product to fit your needs.
1 Before You Contact Us:
- Decide on a budget before you call, if possible. Our minimum order is $1000. Full systems can range up to $12,000 for a complete set.
- Decide whether your system will be used primarily for home theater or music, or both.
- Measure your listening room, including height of the ceilings, and have the measurements handy when you call.
2 Schedule An Interview:
- Contact our office to schedule a telephone interview with Brandon (our designer) to determine your listening habits and preferences.
3 Interview:
- Call us at the scheduled time. This call will usually take about 15 to 30 minutes. This also gives you an opportunity to get answers to all of your questions.
4 Approve Plans:
- We can send you a copy of CAD-generated plans if you like. We will call you with the final details for your approval. Once you approve the plans, pricing, timeframe, and specifications predicted for your finished speakers, we can usually send your finished speakers in 6 weeks or less, including shipping.
5 Initial Deposit:
- Once you have approved the plans, send the initial 50% deposit to get us started. Once we receive the deposit, we will assign a production window and tell you when your speakers will be shipped from Colorado or available for you to pick up here if you live nearby.
6 Final Payment:
- We will tell you when your speakers are ready for shipment so you can send your final deposit. Speakers cannot be shipped until final payment is received.
